Beethoven Sequenced for Guitar and Rock Band

If Beethoven wrote music today he would surely be writing for modern instruments instead of orchestral instruments - after all he was always on the cutting edge of technology during his lifetime.  Sadly, he's not with us now, so we'll never know for sure...but for my own enjoyment I took some midi sequences of Beethoven's works from the WWW and re-sequenced them for "rock ensemble".  In short, I replaced violins with guitars and doubled the basses and cellos with drum hits.  Ecstasy / hilarity / insanity ensued...

This page features highlights from my Beethoven modernizations - for a COMPLETE list go to
Guitar Arrangements of Beethoven, Bartok, Shostakovich, Debussy, and More.
(I just keep this page around because I like the pictures.)
