Carlos Kleiber is one of the greatest "old school" Beethoven conductors ever - especially for Symphonies 5 and 7. These two are real "reference" recordings. Here's Maestro Kleiber conducting the 7th..TWICE....not sure what year or orchestra of the first one, but the second is the Bavarian State Orchestra. What ENERGY.
